  • Meet Dr. Lauren Luke, a board-certified orthopedic specialist and women’s health physical therapist whose passion is helping women achieve optimal health and wellness. With over 15 years of experience, Lauren provides integrative pelvic health care for women and girls across the lifespan—from adolescence through menopause. Drawing on her expertise in orthopedics, pelvic health, and whole-body wellness, she blends physical therapy, movement, and mind-body techniques to address everything from pain with sex and bladder issues to birth preparation and recovery, hormonal shifts, and beyond.

    Lauren’s leadership extends beyond the clinic—she founded and developed a comprehensive pelvic health and cancer rehabilitation program at a large local hospital, expanding access to specialized care for women navigating complex health journeys.

    In addition to her pelvic health expertise, Lauren is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist (PCES), registered yoga teacher (RYT), and certified in functional nutrition for chronic pelvic pain.

    Dedicated to providing the highest level of care, Lauren works closely with each individual to create personalized treatment plans that honor their unique needs and goals. Her compassionate and evidence-based approach has helped countless women restore function, build confidence, and thrive at every stage of life.

  • Dr. Lainey Quinn is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care. Over the past five years at Integrative Spine and Pelvic Health, Lainey has built strong relationships with patients while developing expertise in pelvic health and whole-body wellness.

    Committed to advancing her clinical skills, Lainey completed an intensive pelvic floor mentorship under Dr. Lauren Luke, gaining specialized training in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Through this mentorship, she refined her approach to caring for individuals experiencing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and core and pelvic floor weakness.

    Lainey takes a personalized and holistic approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy, movement-based interventions, and patient education to help individuals feel empowered in their healing journey. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident in working toward their goals.

    Known for her warm and encouraging demeanor, Lainey is dedicated to helping patients restore function, improve comfort, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

  • Dr. Brittany Willis is a pelvic floor physical therapist and certified athletic trainer who combines her passion for women’s health with her orthopedic expertise. She works with women across all stages of life—from pregnancy and postpartum to athletic performance, including her work with collegiate athletes to address pelvic floor dysfunction and optimize movement. With advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum exercise and certification in dry needling, Dr. Brittany blends clinical expertise with compassion to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care. Her individualized approach empowers women to feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies, both in daily life and in sport.
