    During our five sessions together, you will learn:

    ● Help reduce labor pain and shorten the labor process.

    ● The best delivery positions for your body to help reduce labor pains and the risk of tearing.

    ● The best ways to push based on your decision to have an epidural or not.

    ● Strategies to protect your pelvic core for a quicker recovery.

    ● Postpartum techniques to strengthen your pelvis and maintain control of your bowel and urinary function.

    ● How to care for your C-section scar to reduce pain.

    At the end of our sessions, you will be birth ready and confident to bring your most precious gift into the world!
